While in college, Johnathan began his Empereon career as a call center agent in the New Mexico center. With his talented nature, coupled with his drive for success and perfection, he rapidly assumed increasing responsibility. He eventually relocated to Empereon Corporate Headquarters as the enterprise strategic operations leader. In this role, he assumed responsibility for the full spectrum of Empereon U.S. domestic call center operations.

Enterprise Strategic Operations Leader

Today, Johnathan is responsible for organizational leadership, strategic planning, client competitive performance, leadership development, and alignment of people, processes, and functions. This includes Quality Assurance, Work Force Management, and Agent Recruitment. He utilizes metrics and a data driven approach to manage the business and to deliver superior profit margins and profitable year-over-year growth.

Enterprise Strategic Operations Leader

The past three years’ growth rate has been 90% and he has helped achieve the Company’s targeted profit margins. He has responsibility for the Company’s U.S. operations and has served an instrumental role in leading the domestic expansion, generating revenue that has doubled over the past year.

Johnathan is a former power lifter. He met his wife while attending New Mexico State University, and they have two children, a daughter and a son. He enjoys spending time with his Family, fitness, and sharing his love for classic cars, country music and travel.
