Vice President of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Kim is responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s human resources plan for staffing at all levels, talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits. Additional responsibilities include employee relations issues, implementing wellness programs and initiatives.

Over 24 Years Experience in Human Resource Management

With over 24 years experience in Human Resource management, Kim has extensive experience leading innovative talent management and performance management programs. Prior to her current role, she was Senior Director of Benefits and Human Resources/Talent Management for Desert Schools Federal Credit Union, one of the early credit unions in Arizona. Where she managed the operations of over 1,100 employees.

Under Kim’s leadership, the Company has expanded the HR talent bench across US domestic operations to meet the aggressive hire goals. Kim and her team have re-engineered the employee online boarding process, creating a more timely and efficient process to accommodate growth targets.

Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor from St. Cloud State University. She also holds certifications in SPHR (Senior Human Resources Professional) and SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional) and previously was a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.

Kim and her extended family relocated from Minnesota to Arizona, where they enjoy the warm weather and take advantage of year-round sports and outdoor fun. She competes in obstacle mud 5k races for fun.
