Senior Vice President, Operations

With more than 27 years of executive leadership and management experience, Toby brings a solid track record of success in the BPO Industry to Empereon. As Senior Vice President for the Company, and Head of Global Operations, he is responsible for the addition of Inbound Sales and Service to the Company’s platform, representing over 70% of Empereon’s revenue and the fastest growing business category for the Company. He is also tasked with expanding the Company’s global operations footprint by developing and implementing key strategic initiatives. These include positioning existing client relationships for added service opportunities while cultivating new consumer services and markets.

27 Years of Executive Leadership and Management Experience

Toby’s career spans a broad range of industrial sectors where he has held multiple senior-level marketing roles. Before joining the Company in 2015, Toby served as Vice President of Operations at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, an outsourcing/offshoring company with over 20,000 employees. During his tenure, the VXI grew from $48 million in revenue to $600 million in seven years. Prior to VXI Global Solutions, Toby was Manager of End User Care for the Walt Disney Company. Toby’s experience also includes progressive leadership experience at Equifax where he help to create the internet division responsible for processing over 100,000 transactions daily.

Toby’s in-depth background has established him as a world class BPO and shared services delivery leader, with a proven ability to grow revenue and reduce costs. He is talented in employee engagement and leadership development, Toby is a transformational and innovative leader of change and transformation. His diverse experience includes partnering with companies that include: Amazon, American General, American Express, American Red Cross, ATT, BTG, Check Free, Chrysler Financial, Citi Bank, Discover, eBay, Excel Communications, Hughes, JP Morgan Chase, KPMG, LCI, Lycos, Motorola, Nextlink, PayPal, Qwest, Sprint, State Farm, TD Waterhouse, Telecom Communications, USN Communications, Visa, and Wells Fargo.

A graduate of Moorpark College, Toby is a member of Chief Operations Network, Call Center Experts, and Contact Center Professionals. Toby has also received numerous awards and recognitions over the course of his career, including the TMC Top Call Center Award in 2015, Inc. Magazine Top 10 U.S. Jobs Created in 2010, Top 50 Fastest growing companies in U.S., and three times a Diamond Award Winner from a Fortune 10 company.

Toby is celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary with his wife Sherri. Toby and Sherri have spent many a Saturday afternoon at the local soccer field with their boys and travel with them throughout Europe and Russia supporting their junior soccer teams.
